GRU officer Alexander Bednov has lived in Stockholm for many years, where he successfully works as a private detective. The calm and measured life of an intelligence officer changes overnight when he, together with a group of police officers from EU countries, goes to Odessa to prepare European-style patrol police for the new Ukrainian authorities.
