Автор майстерно проводить ретроспективний порівняльний аналіз різних релігій, що дозволяє читачеві зрозуміти, як формувалися різні релігійні навчання і які спільні корені вони мають. Особливо вражає те, як автор зумів зв’язати минуле з сучасністю, пропонуючи прогнози на майбутнє релігійної думки. Його ідея про альянс першовчення з православним християнством як основи для духовного відродження Росії є дуже цікавою та актуальною. Хоча переклад тексту місцями може бути не зовсім досконалим, загальна якість роботи вражає. Ця книга стане чудовим доповненням до бібліотеки кожного, хто прагне глибше зрозуміти релігійні процеси та їхній вплив на сучасний світ.
