Before us is a tough and brightly cruel phantasmagoria, where shaved skinhead guys and rich oligarchs, new mafiosi and defrocked priests, political leaders and social cocottes are the characters of a huge fresco, whose name is TIME.Three brothers, once born in a Soviet concentration camp, grow up separately: tycoon Efim, ultra-right Igor (Ingvar Haider) and a freak, “Gwynplaine of our time” Check. Are the brothers destined to meet? Will they ever recognize each other? The harsh life of skinheads in the Basement contrasts with the sophisticated world of the rich, involved in crazy crime. Skinhead Arkhip Kosov is grabbed at the market during a clash with traders and pushed into a special hospital. The chief doctor, Angelina Sytina, makes him her guinea pig - and spins into an orbit outlined by a swastika and a Celtic cross... Cruelty gives birth to death.
