The online version of History of the Earth is essentially an experiment in writing a book in front of readers. Chapters of a draft manuscript are transferred online, and sometimes new chapters are written directly on the computer. Later, many of them are corrected or reworked, so that each update of the “History of the Earth” section makes many changes to the text. Of course, I would like to create a book not just in front of the readers, but also with their participation.
