An off-the-shoulder Carmen neckline makes our lightweight tunic with frilled sleeves incredibly seductive. The width of the neckline is easy to vary thanks to the strips with bouffs. For better support, the neckline can be supplemented with straps. They will also help to hide bra straps.
You will need:
