Автор майстерно створює атмосферу загадки, що тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Патрік Мерфі, колишній поліцейський, стає символом надії та рішучості, і його пошуки Мари викликають співчуття та бажання дізнатися правду. Хоча переклад книги має деякі недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто любить детективи з елементами психологічної драми. Вона змушує задуматися про людські стосунки, втрати та надію. Чудовий твір, який залишає слід у душі!
