This book is written as an expansion of the novel "Harbin". The city in China has become a real salvation for thousands of Russian refugees. Not so long ago, when representatives of the Russian emigration were treated as “white bandits,” they preferred to hush up the history of Harbin. The author of the book - a veteran of the special services, a sinologist - tried to put into an artistic form, and therefore interesting to most readers, the real, eventful life of a unique geopolitical enclave.
