Gleb Skorokhodov (1930-2012) – journalist and film critic, author of the most famous books and collections about film and pop stars (F. Ranevskaya, L. Utesov, A. Pugacheva, L. Orlova, T. Peltser, R. Zelenaya , E. Leonov, N. Batalov, M. Bernes, L. Gurchenko, Dina Durbin, Sarah Montel, etc.), who became true idols of many generations. One of the last he created a book about theater and film director, People's Artist of the USSR Galina Volchek .
