Having barely escaped the city of Kalm Sith, still pursued by the assassins, Magier, Lisil and the elf dog Malets are heading south in search of the powerful Sphere of Air. The aging elf assassin Brot’an is introduced to his friends as a companion and offers his services as a bodyguard.
