These commandments were just words for Igor Loginov, a modest intern in a law office, until a meeting in a winter forest at night with a mysterious stranger awakens amazing abilities in him . Now his emotions can have a direct impact on the world around him and its inhabitants: negative ones can bring pain, death and destruction, and positive ones can heal even hopelessly ill people. Trying to cope with his capricious and unpredictable gift and hide it from others, Igor goes to all sorts of tricks, but all in vain: Forces, the existence of which he does not even suspect, are already cherishing their plans for the young E-magician.
