Роман "Пагорби Каледонії" став для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі літератури! Авторка Марія Рудньова вдало поєднала елементи стімпанку та альтернативної Вікторіанської Англії, створивши унікальну атмосферу, яка захоплює з перших сторінок. Габріель Мірт, як вчений і винахідник, стає для читача не лише героєм, але й символом прагнення до нових відкриттів і пригод. Його подорож з Амелією Еконіт через таємничі Пагорби Каледонії, де мешкають фейрі, наповнена не лише небезпеками, але й магією, що робить її ще більш захопливою. Я в захваті від того, як авторка вдало передала дух епохи, а також створила яскраві образи персонажів. Єдине, що трохи відволікало від читання, це незначні недоліки перекладу, але вони не зіпсували загального враження. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить пригоди, магію та незвичайні історії!
