The young actress Barbara Molik, the daughter of a once famous actor in Poland who took her to Paris, begins a successful career in the theater on the Champs-Elysees. Suddenly she receives an invitation to Hollywood. Such a tempting offer, however, forces Barbara to solve several purely personal problems at once. Fate, in the person of film director Hayk Sharon, who is making a film with her participation, sends her truly dramatic tests: either lose everything, or find a life full of happiness and love.
