Автор майстерно створює образ письменника-сценариста, який, здавалося б, мав би бути щасливим, але його життя раптово змінюється після діагнозу смертельної хвороби. Це змушує його переосмислити своє існування, і читач стає свідком його внутрішньої боротьби, спроб знайти сенс у житті, яке наближається до кінця. Вражає, як автор порушує складні моральні питання через вчинки героя, змушуючи нас задуматися про добро і зло, про кохання та втрати. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у формулюваннях, це не зменшує загальної сили та емоційності розповіді.
