Я вражений тим, як глибоко Ільїн аналізує трудоголізм, лінь та інші аспекти, які впливають на особистість. Книга не лише надає теоретичні знання, а й пропонує практичні методики, що можуть бути корисними для психологів, педагогів та студентів. Хоча переклад тексту в деяких місцях може бути не зовсім досконалим, це не зменшує цінності змісту. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться психологією праці та особистісним розвитком, адже вона відкриває нові горизонти в розумінні нашої професійної діяльності та її впливу на особистість.
