Книга "Спекотним кривавим літом" вразила мене своєю глибиною та емоційною напругою. Ерл Суеґґер, головний герой, є складним персонажем, який не тільки бореться з зовнішніми ворогами, але й з власними демонами, пов'язаними зі смертю його брата та батька. Автор майстерно описує атмосферу Хот-Спрінгса, де азартні ігри та злочинність переплітаються, створюючи напружену обстановку. Битви з гральною мафією тримають у напрузі, а пошук істини про минуле Ерла робить сюжет ще більш захоплюючим. Хоча переклад деяких фраз може бути не зовсім точним, це не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить глибокі і емоційні історії про війну, втрати та пошук справедливості!
