Through the efforts of the new owners, the dream of the former owner Agnia Gorisvetova, who founded an orphanage for gifted orphans more than a century ago, came true.

First, the orphanage. Then a summer camp for talented youth. Now an elite country school. All for children! Always for children!

Only children disappear... Children die... Children lose their minds and God-given spark... And on dark stormy nights, a dazzlingly bright flame flares up on the observation deck of the Candle Tower. The legend says that this is how Lights are born. The legend is silent about whose will they come to this world and what they take with them when they leave.

Miroslava is one of those talented and promising people. And talent, and hopes, and memory thirteen years ago was taken away by the Candle Man - an elusive killer, an accomplice of darkness itself. And now, years later, the Candle Man returns. The unearthly fire is rekindled in the tower. And the adult Miroslava decides to deal with her own past, and with the indelible fear, and with the age-old evil lurking in the estate.
