Jay Williams (1914 - 1978) is a British writer who gained great popularity with children's books. However, his “adult” works are also appreciated by critics and readers. "The Flame of the Future" is recognized as his best novel.

Сюжет наповнений динамічними битвами, інтригами та емоційними моментами, які змушують задуматися про цінності, за які варто боротися. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у формулюваннях, загальна якість перекладу залишається високою. Ця книга стане справжнім відкриттям для тих, хто любить історичну прозу та глибокі роздуми про людську природу. Рекомендую всім, хто прагне зануритися в епоху лицарів і героїв!
