The book of the most prominent English writer, scientist, humanist Charles Percy Snow (1905–1980) consisted of two novels: “A Time of Hope” and “Homecoming”, which were included in the cycle of novels that brought Snow great fame. The action of all novels covers more than half of our centuries - from the beginning of the 1910s to the end of the 1960s. With his works, Snow created a significant socio-psychological epic, where in artistic form an understanding of his era and its people was given.

Книга "Час надій" Чарльза Персі Сноу - це справжній шедевр, який пропонує читачеві глибоке занурення в соціально-психологічні аспекти життя в період від 1910-х до 1960-х років. Сноу майстерно відтворює атмосферу свого часу, розкриваючи складні взаємини між людьми, їхні мрії, сподівання та розчарування. Два романи, що входять до цієї книги, переплітаються між собою, створюючи цілісну картину епохи, що змушує замислитися про зміни, які відбулися в суспільстві. Незважаючи на те, що текст був перекладений за допомогою штучного інтелекту, якість перекладу в цілому на високому рівні, і лише незначні недоліки не заважають насолоджуватися читанням.
