Книга "Батько" - це справжній шедевр, який занурює читача у світ жаху, інтриг і наукових експериментів. Фабій Байл, як центральний персонаж, вражає своєю складністю та неоднозначністю. Його геніальність у поєднанні з безумством створює унікальну атмосферу, де читач постійно перебуває на межі між захопленням і жахом. Сюжет наповнений захоплюючими поворотами, які тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Особливо вражає опис його моторошних експериментів та чудовиськ, які він створює. Книга спонукає задуматися про етику наукових досліджень і наслідки безвідповідальних дій. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на загальне враження, я б рекомендував цю книгу всім любителям наукової фантастики та темної фентезі. Вона залишає по собі глибокий слід і бажання дізнатися більше про світ, створений автором!
