Деякі поради та рекомендації можуть здатися загальноприйнятими, а деякі концепції - схожими на вже відомі. Якщо ви вже маєте базові знання в галузі психології, ця книга може не принести багато нового. Однак для початківців в цій галузі вона може бути корисною та допомогти краще зрозуміти себе та інших.
