A tragic farce based on the works of A.P. Platonov “The Pit”, “Chevengur”, “For Future Use”. At the turn of the 20-30s of the 20th century, our country was experiencing one of the most dramatic periods of its history. In the play “Im. General Line" an attempt was made to reproduce the atmosphere of that "beautiful and furious world" when it was believed that everything was still possible and was about to come true... The heroes of the play speak the language of poetry, prose and plenary speeches of that time (Mayakovsky V.V., Kushner A S. Ivanov G.V., Platonov A.P., Gastev A.K., Kornilov B.P., Bagritsky E.G., Mandelstam O.E., Gippius Z.N., J. Orwell, speeches I.V. Stalin “On the right deviation in the CPSU (b)” at the plenum of the Central Committee and the Central Control Commission of the CPSU (b) in April 1929 and “On issues of agrarian policy in the USSR” at the conference of Marxist agrarians on December 27, 1929).< /p>
