"Кіно як універсальна мова" - це книга, яка, на жаль, не вражає своєю оригінальністю та глибиною. Хоча автор намагається розкрити перед читачем світ кіно, але деякі розділи можуть здатися занадто загальними та поверхневими. Не вистачає більш детального аналізу та глибини у розгляді теорії кіно та драматургії. Деякі приклади можуть бути не такі переконливі, як би хотілося.
