Pushkin studies is the most developed, carefully verified area of humanitarian knowledge. And although the author of the proposed book is not new to Pushkin studies—the beginning of his publications in special Pushkin studies publications dates back to 1982—he is circumspect and careful, because he shuns the beaten path to the poet and prefers to walk the less traveled paths. Hence the title of his book “Pushkin ad marginem”. Each work should be preceded by the exclamation “Eureka!” as an epigraph. Aram Asoyan's book is not a collection of articles. Here all the chapters have the same goal setting, the same focus, the same perspective, the vanishing point of which is the integrity of Pushkin’s legacy and the fate of the poet. The book is addressed to everyone who has read and is reading Pushkin.
