The Moreland Dynasty is a series of novels about the history of the Moreland family. The action begins in England in the 15th century. Moving from the biography of one character to another, the writer narrates the fate of a large family over several generations. The action of the fourth book, “Ink Nut,” takes place in England, engulfed in the fire of the civil war during the time of Charles I. Edmund Moreland is trying to stay aside, but discord comes to his own family - the eldest son brings a Puritan daughter-in-law into the house, and the youngest becomes a royalist.
Abandoned by his children, separated from his beloved wife, Edmund tries his best to protect the spiritual values of the Moreland family from the nightmare of war.
