Ця книга "Консервування та найкращі рецепти досвідчених садівників та городників" стала справжнім відкриттям для мене. Галина Олександрівна Кізима, як досвідчений садівник, дійсно знає, про що говорить, і її рецепти вражають своєю простотою та ефективністю. Я була вражена тим, як багато різноманітних способів зберегти свій урожай можна знайти в цій книзі. Кожен рецепт супроводжується детальними інструкціями, що робить процес консервування легким і приємним. Я вже спробувала кілька рецептів, і всі вони вийшли смачними! Хоча я помітила деякі неточності в перекладі, це не завадило мені насолоджуватися читанням і експериментами на кухні. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто хоче зберегти свої дачні плоди та насолоджуватися ними протягом року!
