Книга "Останній свідок" - це справжня знахідка для любителів детективного жанру. Сюжет, що обертається навколо фатального прокляття сім'ї Секвілль, тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Автор, онук знаменитого Толкіна, вміло поєднує традиційні детективні елементи з сучасними декораціями, що робить читання ще більш цікавим. Хоча деякі моменти перекладу можуть бути недосконалими, це не заважає насолоджуватися глибокими персонажами та інтригуючими поворотами сюжету.
