Книга "Втеча з притулку" вразила мене своєю глибиною та напругою. Автор майстерно змалював атмосферу лікарні Бруклін, де відбуваються жахливі експерименти, і я відчував себе частиною цієї жахливої реальності. Головний герой, Рікі Десмонд, викликає співчуття та симпатію, адже його боротьба за виживання та спроба втекти від жахливих методів лікування Кроуфорда стають центральною темою книги. Читання було наповнене емоціями, і я не міг відірватися від сторінок, адже кожен новий розділ обіцяв нові небезпеки та відкриття. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має недоліки, це не заважає загальному враженню від книги. Рекомендую всім, хто любить психологічні трилери та історії про виживання в умовах жорстокості!
