This is not a collection of librettos, but of what the ancient Greeks meant to present in a compressed form - synopses.
The collection is represented by four books: Operas of Italy, Operas of Germany, Austria, Operas of France - 350 synopses, and Operas of Eastern Europe (Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, etc.) - 240 synopses. True, there are also operas from England and America, but this will apparently be the fifth book.
