"Na zaymke" is a book-manifesto in which the author Olga Kobylyanska embodies her vision of the role of women in Ukrainian society at the beginning of the 20th century. On the one hand, this is a story about a young girl who stands up in the fight for her rights and dignity in the conditions of patriarchy and social restrictions. On the other hand, it is the heroine's internal monologue, where she examines the world around her, looking for her place in it and understanding her own identity. "Na zaimke" is not only a literary masterpiece, but also an important work that prompts reflection on the current problems of modern society and the role of women in it.
