The fight continues. Roman Makowski, who became the President of the United States through criminal means, is trying by all means to strengthen his power.

Democratic freedoms have been almost completely abolished in the country, arbitrariness and violence reign by soldiers from the presidential “Shock Troops.”

Fearing everyone and everything, Makowski gives a secret order: to secretly arrest and imprison army and navy officers whose loyalty he doubts. A terrible fate awaits the prisoners.
