This book is based on an ancient sacred text, found, according to legend, by the Templars in the 12th century during excavations on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and known as the "Commandments of Happiness". "The Commandments of Happiness" is a short collection of instructions and philosophical maxims aimed at finding happiness in all its manifestations. Tradition claims that the descendant of Solomon, Jesus the Nazarene, told them to his disciples during his wanderings in Egypt. Since the commandments are set out in a symbolic language that is not always understandable to a modern person, their meaning and spirit are explained in detailed comments.
