Arallor is a mysterious world. A dark flame rages under its surface, it itself is permeated with streams of magic, and what kind of creatures can you find in it! People and orcs, sidhes and mantids, gnomes and kobolds... But even such a world rich in wonders sooner or later becomes small. In the Far North, a mysterious Witch is gaining power, the magicians of the Corvus Empire are mired in intrigue, and some aliens from nowhere, a trio of “free sorcerers,” seem to be planning something unprecedented... But it seems that some other forces are behind all this, and what is happening in Arallor - only a reflection of the true struggle. At the center of events, by the will of fate, are the orc slave Shaarta, the young necromancer Rico and the imperial magician Publius Marron.
