This is not a sequel. Rather, it's an upgrade from the previous "Project", with a more convoluted premise. This world began to change immediately after the First World War, when the communist revolution won in Germany, except in the most western regions. Soviet Germany and Soviet Russia together crushed all of Eastern Europe, Turkey and Northern Iran, after which they began to “export revolution” in France. The expansion of communism led to World War II, during which Russian-German Bolshevism swallowed up most of Europe and half of Asia, advancing on all fronts. To stop the red flood, the whole world united, where right-wing regimes of varying degrees of radicalism were established from Finland to Argentina. Imperial Japan and its allies, together with a much-recovered Britain, are leading an offensive in the Far East when it turns out that the Comintern is conducting secret research at a top-secret Center in Siberia, seeking to combine the latest advances in science with the secret knowledge of Mongolian shamans. But the “red Frankensteins” are opposed by the Japanese “Black Dragon Society,” which sends kunoichi Ilta Sato to Chita, besieged by the allies.
