The trilogy “Tales of the People of the Taiga” includes three novels “Hop”, “Red Horse”, “Black Poplar” and covers the period from 1830 to 1955. The trilogy is written vividly, excitingly and amazes with the scale of the events covered. "Khmel" - a novel about the history of the Siberian region - recreates events from the Decembrist uprising to the upheavals of the early 20th century. “The Red Horse” is a novel about the events taking place during the Civil War in Krasnoyarsk and the Yenisei province. The final part of the trilogy “Black Poplar” tells about a Siberian village in the twenties, about the period of the Great Patriotic War and the first post-war years.
