Авторка вдало передає внутрішній світ Катерини, її боротьбу за любов і визнання, а також її відданість своїй родині та країні. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на загальне враження, книга залишає глибокий слід у серці.
