Книга "Фрайді. Безодня" вражає своєю глибиною та філософським змістом. Автор майстерно досліджує питання ідентичності та людяності через призму штучно створеного персонажа Фрайді, яка, незважаючи на своє походження, демонструє більше людських почуттів і емоцій, ніж багато хто з тих, хто вважає себе "справжніми". Її боротьба за визнання та прийняття в суспільстві, яке не готове прийняти її як рівну, змушує задуматися про цінність людяності і те, що насправді робить нас людьми. Сюжет, що розгортається на фоні космічних пригод, наповнений напруженням і несподіваними поворотами, що тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Переклад, хоч і має деякі недоліки, не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цінує глибокі та емоційні науково-фантастичні твори, які ставлять важливі питання про людську природу.
