Hafiz’s artistic and philosophical expression of the essential principle echoes in Western poetry and philosophy (Goethe, Heine, Schopenhauer, Heidegger, Jaspers), and through them in Russian, in particular, in Fet’s poetry. The monograph is intended for researchers of A.A. Fet, specialist philologists, students, everyone interested in the problems of Russian poetry of the 19th century.
