The new novel by the famous writer-historian R. Gordin is dedicated to the life and work of one of the closest associates of Peter the Great, “the first minister of Russian diplomacy,” Admiral General Fyodor Alekseevich Golovin (1650-1706). A descendant of an old noble family, Fyodor Alekseevich Golovin was an active supporter of all the undertakings of Peter I, participated in the Azov campaigns, headed the Naval and other orders, led Russian foreign policy, creating a system of permanent missions in European capitals. The Tsar often called Golovin his “good friend” and, announcing his death in a letter, signed “Peter filled with sadness.”

Вражаюча історична подорож!
Роман "З Петром у дорозі" від Р. Гордіна - це не просто книга, а справжня історична подорож, яка занурює читача в епоху Петра Великого та його сподвижників. Автор майстерно відтворює атмосферу того часу, показуючи не лише політичні інтриги, а й особистісні стосунки між героями. Федір Олексійович Головін постає перед нами не лише як політик, але й як людина, що переживає радощі та горе, дружбу та зраду. Читання цієї книги стало для мене відкриттям, адже я дізнався багато нового про важливі події в історії Росії та роль Головіна у них. Хоча текст перекладено з використанням штучного інтелекту, що призвело до деяких незначних недоліків у перекладі, це не завадило мені насолодитися глибоким змістом і цікавими фактами. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться історією та прагне зрозуміти, як формувалася сучасна Росія!
