A story about two friends who met in the Zone after a long time of wandering and survival. They didn’t even know, being newcomers, that while crossing the Cordon, some of their comrades had survived. And now they met as veterans to begin their adventures. From all the most unimaginable situations, they come out dry. They will visit the mysterious X-16 laboratory and discover a portal there that will lead them to Pripyat. On their journey they will meet strange creatures of the Zone. Due to a combination of circumstances, the Zone itself changes friends and makes them its children.
