The novel “The Mysterious Lands” is the second in D. Duncan’s tetralogy about the kingdom of Krasnegar and Princess Inos. The wanderings of the heroine of the novel, Princess Inos, lead her south to the domain of the Sultan, who was subjugated by the sorceress Rasha. After many misadventures, Inos flees from the sorceress through the desert in the hope of receiving protection from the emperor. Her friend Rap is trying to find Enos, but gets into unpleasant situations from which there seems to be no way out...
