A hilarious, sad, crazy book about the adventures of a private detective who one night finds himself in a San Francisco cemetery surrounded by four blacks armed to the teeth with razors; whose constantly scolding mother accuses him of killing his own father with a rubber ball at the age of four; and in whose refrigerator the corpse was located as a super prize. “Dreams of Babylon” was translated into Norwegian by Erlend Lu.
