The Investigative Committee received information according to which the senior detective officer of the Yekaterinburg City Internal Affairs Directorate, Captain Permyakov, “ruined” the case of the murder of a thieves’ authority nicknamed Ethiopia for a large bribe, as a result of which the main suspect was released. A check was carried out and the information was confirmed. Permyakov was arrested and taken into custody. Acquaintances and colleagues turned their backs on the captain, and only his best friend, policeman Anton Kopaev, did not believe the conclusions of the investigation.
