The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of penitentiary conflicts that arise in correctional institutions. Penitentiary conflict is considered as a phenomenon that precedes and accompanies a violent crime against a person. Prison staff and various categories of convicts are identified as the main subjects of the conflict. In this work, using specific examples, the criminal dynamics of penitentiary conflicts are examined in detail and preventive measures are proposed. The monograph is intended for employees of the penal system, primarily for psychologists, educators, operational officers and employees of security departments, as well as for cadets and students of legal educational organizations with criminal legal specialization.
