Notes of Princess Dashkova. First published in London in 1840 in English in two volumes; for the first time in Russian - in 1859 by A.I. Herzen in London. Dashkova Ekaterina Romanovna (née Vorontsova), princess (1743–1810). Friend and associate of Empress Catherine II, participant in the 1762 coup d'etat, president of the Russian Academy (1783).
