Книга не лише надає глибокий аналіз досягнень, але й відверто говорить про протиріччя та труднощі, з якими стикаються ці інститути. Це робить її особливо корисною для дослідників, студентів та всіх, хто прагне зрозуміти складну динаміку сучасної політики в Євразії. Хоча текст іноді страждає від недосконалості перекладу, загальна якість матеріалу та глибина аналізу компенсують ці недоліки.
