Поліцейський інспектор Алек Блюм — це персонаж, який запам'ятовується своєю складною особистістю та внутрішніми конфліктами. Автор майстерно поєднує елементи трилера з глибоким аналізом соціальних та політичних аспектів сучасного Риму. Я відчував себе частиною цієї інтригуючої історії, спостерігаючи за тим, як Блюм бореться з організованою злочинністю та політичним тиском, в той час як його власні демони постійно переслідують його. Сюжет тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки, а опис підземного Риму додає особливого шарму. Хоча в тексті зустрічаються деякі недоліки перекладу, це не заважає насолоджуватися книгою.
