Книга "Довічний термін" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі детективної літератури. Сюжет, що закручується навколо загадкової смерті комісара поліції Давида Ліндхольма, тримає в напрузі з перших рядків. Автор майстерно створює атмосферу таємниці, де кожен персонаж може виявитися як жертвою, так і злочинцем. Ніна Хофман, поліцейський, яка намагається розплутати цю складну справу, виявляється не лише професіоналом, але й людиною з власними переживаннями та емоціями. Читачі можуть відчути її боротьбу з сумнівами та страхами, що робить її персонажа дуже реалістичним і близьким. Журналістка Анніка Бенгтзон додає ще більше динаміки до сюжету, її рішучість і прагнення до істини вражають. Книга сповнена несподіваних поворотів, які змушують переглядати свої припущення про те, хто ж насправді винен.
