Forty-year-old Katerina follows three rules: always smile, never be offended and believe everything they say. Most of all, she dreams of a child and that she will someday have a big family with children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cats, dogs and a bright, welcoming home. “Blessed!” Katerina’s husband scolds her when she buys an old antique sofa, destined, in her opinion, to be the beginning of her happy family. “Blessed!” — her best friend clutches her heart when she learns that Katerina gave all her money to her husband to arrange their future family nest. And only beloved Aunt Vera, a retired witch, supports her niece and wisely instructs and helps. But when Katerina decides to change everything and moves in with her aunt, truly bad times come in her life. Do the three rules really not work, and Katerina will never be happy?
