Автор майстерно розкриває особистості великих історичних діячів, таких як Конфуцій та Наполеон, показуючи їх не лише через призму їхніх досягнень, але й через їхні людські переживання, помилки та амбіції. Хоча переклад тексту іноді залишає бажати кращого, загальна якість книги вражає. Цю книгу варто прочитати всім, хто цінує історію та літературу, адже вона відкриває нові горизонти розуміння минулого і робить його живим і актуальним. Рекомендую!
