The first novel by the young Moscow prose writer Dmitry Nesterov is dedicated to the life and worldview of the skins - an aggressive urban subculture of “skinheads” who devoted themselves to the ideas of purifying the Aryan “race” and “restoring imperial pride.” The author knows the world of neo-Nazis firsthand. He convincingly paints a psychological portrait of the domestic “skin”, and also reveals the reasons that lead a young man to this form of protest against the modern world.

Автор майстерно малює психологічний портрет молодого "скіна", показуючи, як обставини і внутрішні конфлікти можуть призвести до радикалізації особистості. Книга не лише розкриває побут і світогляд цієї субкультури, але й змушує задуматися над питаннями ідентичності, соціальної ізоляції та пошуку місця в світі. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків, загальна якість перекладу не заважає сприйняттю глибини теми.
